You can also experience Ayurveda in a well-being clinic (upon request).  It is India’s naturopathic healing system, dating back many thousands of years. At its core is the belief that any kind of symptom – be it arthritis, a migraine, or even cancer – is your body’s way of signalling that you are out of balance, and that something needs to change. Get the body back into balance, according to ayurveda, and it will find a way to heal itself.
