To enable us to complete your booking we will need to obtain personal information which will include the names and addresses of all travellers, contact details including email and telephone numbers and payment details - either credit/debit card or bank details.  We will not ask for sensitive information, for example medical conditions, unless it is relative to your holiday - however if this information is required for whatever reason we will specifically request your permission to obtain this information.

Details used abroad

We may need to forward some aspects of your personal information to our Agents abroad  outside of the E.U. i.e. for Hotel reservations etc., who will need to have access to this before supplying certain services.

Third Party Information

Information given will not be sold to third parties and will only be used for booking purposes and to enable us to keep in contact with you for our own marketing purposes.  Should you not wish us to contact you or keep your details on our database please could you advise us in writing.

Your rights

Our Clients and visitors to our website are entitled to request by email or letter details of any personal information we hold - our fee for providing this information is £35.00 and we will endeavour to reply within 28 days.
